UHV Phi Chi nursing honor society inducts members

University of Houston-Victoria School of Nursing assistant clinical professor Ginger Blomstrom signs the signature book during the Phi Chi charter ceremony Friday. UHV became the 500th member of Sigma Theta Tau International, an organization of nurse leaders, scholars and researchers. Looking on, left to right, are Patricia Goehring, UHV alumna; Kathryn Tart, UHV School of Nursing dean; Deidra Teoh, UHV alumna; and Sandy McNeely, assistant clinical professor. Blomstrom, Goehring, Teoh and McNeely will serve on the Phi Chi Board of Directors along with Jere Hammer, Lisette Barton and Antonio Garcia. |
