UHV students donate $2,772 check to food bank

after UHV students decided to donate some of the meals from their meal plans to Food Fight, a university Student Life initiative that took place during
National Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. The meals were then converted into monetary funds by the university, and the check was presented. Food
bank staff came to Jaguar Hall during lunch Jan. 23 to thank the students and tell them about the services offered by the organization. |
