UHV celebrates accomplishments of student teachers

| University of Houston-Victoria student teachers pose for a group shot after Friday’s new teacher induction ceremony. The UHV School of Education, Health Professions & Human Development began the ceremony in the fall to celebrate the accomplishments of its graduating student teachers and give them a chance to show off what they have learned. A total of 18 undergraduate students made presentations about teaching 21st-century learners in front of their peers, family members, and UHV faculty and administrators. The students were each presented with an apple pin and scroll. |
