UHV celebrates new Katy location


University of Houston-Victoria leaders, Katy Area Chamber of Commerce officials and special guests prepare to cut a ribbon Thursday in front of UHV’s new Katy location. UHV began teaching classes Aug. 22 at the Katy location, 2002 W. Grand Parkway N., Building 2. Thursday’s event celebrated the opening and included a reception.
