Rotarians donate money for UHV International Festival


Bret Baldwin, left, president of the Victoria Northside Rotary Club, presents a $2,500 check Feb. 9 to the University of Houston-Victoria International Programs Office. The money will help fund the second annual UHV International Festival on April 19. The free event is open to the community and will showcase the culture and food of the countries where UHV international students come from.
