UHV faculty member teaches elementary students about math, magic

Ricardo Teixeira, standing right, a UHV assistant professor of mathematics, shows fourth- and fifth-grade Dudley Elementary School students attending the school’s Sept. 20 Math and Magic Club how to do a card trick using mathematics to predict which card is pulled from the deck.
