UHV cancels Friday classes until 10 a.m.
All University of Houston-Victoria classes held the evening of Thursday, Jan. 23, are taking place as scheduled. On Friday, Jan. 24, the UHV Victoria campus will be closed until 10 a.m., and classes will be canceled until then.
At this time, UH Sugar Land, the UH System at Cinco Ranch, the Houston Community College Katy Campus and the Lone Star College University Center at Montgomery in The Woodlands will be open Friday morning. UHV classes held at those sites are canceled on Friday until 10 a.m.
UHV officials will continue to monitor the weather and provide updates as needed at www.uhvemergency.info/go/site/1523/.
