Multipurpose Room.
Entertainment will be provided by MHS Folklorico and Las Panteras.
The menu includes pollo con calabaza (chicken), carne guisada (beef ), or tamales (pork); rice, beans, chips and salsa; flan, pan dulce or pastel de tres leches (dessert); and horchata, limonada, or te (drink).
This event is free to all UHV students, faculty and staff –first come/first serve basis.
Donations are welcome.
The University of Houston-Victoria, located in the heart of the Coastal Bend region since 1973 in Victoria, Texas, offers courses leading to more than 80 academic programs in the schools of Arts & Sciences; Business Administration; and Education, Health Professions & Human Development.
