Verizon Wireless raises Jaguars Jersey

 

Jaguars Softball Coach Keri Lambeth, left, watches on Monday morning as Verizon Wireless Manager Casey Houseworth and customer service agent Brunilda Ortiz inspect the Jaguar Jersey before raising it up the UHV flagpole. The raising celebrates the Jaguars 3-1 victory Saturday over the Houston Baptist University Huskies.

 

Every time the Jaguars baseball or softball team wins a game, a team jersey is run up the flagpole from sunup to sundown the next school day.
