UHV announces students named to spring Dean’s List

The University of Houston-Victoria has released its spring 2009 Dean’s List to recognize all undergraduate honors students.
To qualify for the Dean’s List in the fall or spring, a student must earn at least a 3.5 grade-point average that semester. A minimum of nine semester hours, excluding courses in which grades of “Satisfactory” were earned, is required. Any student who earns a grade of “Unsatisfactory,” “Incomplete,” D or F during the semester is excluded from consideration.

The University of Houston-Victoria, located in the heart of the Coastal Bend region since 1973 in Victoria, Texas, offers courses leading to more than 80 academic programs in the schools of Arts & Sciences; Business Administration; and Education, Health Professions & Human Development. UHV provides face-to-face classes at its Victoria campus, as well as an instructional site in Katy, Texas, and online classes that students can take from anywhere.
